When you arrive at the Columbia Parking facility, please enter through the the structure at either the Columbia or India street entrance and take a ticket from the machine. Then, enter the lot and find an available parking spot. If the gates are closed, please press the intercom to inform Security that you need the gate raised in order to access the garage. Next, you need to check-in. Head to the parking office that is located next to the entrance and bring the ticket that you pulled when entering the garage, as well as your license plate number. The staff attendant will provide you with further instructions for exiting the garage and will also provide you with a promo code (voucher) for an Uber ride that you will take to and from the San Diego Airport (value up to $10 each way). Please make sure you download the Uber app on your phone prior to your check in at the parking office. Once you order the Uber, you can head to the designated ride-share pick-up area on Broadway circle to meet your driver.
