How Preflight Airport Car Parking Works

Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at the Preflight car facility, please grab a ticket and scan it to get to the upper floors of the car park. Then, you can park your vehicle in an open space. Once you've parked your car, you can head to the check-in desk and show your reservation. From there, the shuttle will pick you up and take you to the airport. The shuttle ride usually takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The shuttle driver will provide you with instructions for shuttle pickup upon your return.
Upon Return
Upon their return, customers can gather their luggage and call the car park to request a shuttle pickup and then wait at the designated pick-up area outside the terminal. Then, you can hop on the shuttle to return to the parking lot. The shuttles run 24/7, so you can return to your car at any time. Once you return to the car park, you can check-out with the parking attendants. Please have your reservation and your ticket ready to show them.

The address for Preflight Airport Parking at O'Hare is 4005 Mannheim Rd, Schiller Park, IL 60176. Below are some brief instructions to help you find the car park:
If you are coming from the south, take I-294 north and exit at Irving Park Road. Turn right onto Irving Park Road, and then turn right onto Mannheim Road. The parking lot will be on your right-hand side.
If you are coming from the north, take I-294 south and exit at Balmoral Avenue. Turn left onto Balmoral Avenue, and then turn right onto Mannheim Road. The parking lot will be on your left-hand side.
Good to Know
- PreFlight ORD is a four-story self park garage. Uncovered Self Rooftop Parking is on the 4th level rooftop and Covered Self Parking is only on floors 2 and 3. Only Customers with a reservation for 'Premium Covered Self Park' can proceed to park on the 1st Floor.
- Shuttles run every 7 - 12 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
