When you reach Joe’s Airport Parking LAX, you first have to check-in. It’s necessary to have your online booking confirmation with you. Approach the machine at the entrance. You will be asked to enter your phone number to confirm your online reservation or scan the QR code on the confirmation email. Once your booking is confirmed, the gate will pull up, and you can enter the facility. Allow an extra 15 minutes for finding a parking space, walking to the shuttle, and riding to LAX. Next up, board the shuttle, and you’re ready to take off for the airport. The driver will help you with your luggage, and you’ll be dropped off at the curbside of your terminal.
When you’re back from your trip, and you have claimed your baggage, follow the signs for “Hotel Shuttles." Please, make sure you don’t follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Parking Shuttles” area. For airport pick-up, call the phone number on your booking reservation, and a shuttle will be there shortly. The shuttle driver will help you with your bags. Before you know it, you’ll be back in the parking garage. Proceed to your vehicle and when you’re ready to leave, walk to the office at the exit with your booking confirmation, and the attendants will help you to check-out. If you have overstayed your reservation, then you will need to pay for the extra days.
For 405 North: Head north on I-405 N. Take the exit toward Century Blvd/LAX Airport. Turn left onto Century Boulevard. Drive for 1.5 miles. The destination will be on the right.
For 405 South: Head south on I-405 S. Take the exit toward LAX Airport. Turn left onto La Cienega Boulevard. Take the 2nd right onto Century Boulevard Drive for 1.3 miles. The destination will be on the right.
