Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Arrive at JFK Parking Hub 15 - 20 minutes before you need to be at the terminals' check-in desks.

For changes after 24 hours, please call the car park using the number on your Parkfellows booking confirmation. They can help with any last-minute arrival or departure changes, directions, shuttle service, or car park-related queries.
Cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
